Connecting Through Text and Email: Keeping in Touch. Your Way.
Feeding Wisconsin is excited to introduce an additional way for us to communicate with you: text messaging and emails! Our goal is to make sure you get the information you need to make a timely, confident decision about your benefits.
We will use email and text messages to:
Send important updates
Share services from our partnering agencies
These new communication channels will make it easier for you to:
Stay on top of your FoodShare status
Read information from your phone or inbox, where and when you want
Are you wondering if a message you received is from us?
Texts will come from (608) 467-1657, (608) 440-2380, (608) 467-1658, or (608) 960-4511
Emails will come from fsohelpline@gmail.com
Are you wondering why you are getting texts and emails when you did not subscribe?
You or someone in your household added your email address or cell phone number when applying for FoodShare. If your cellphone number or email is in our records, we automatically add you to our messaging list. Our goal is to help make sure you have the information you need to make timely, confident decisions about your benefits
When texting or emailing, Feeding Wisconsin will never:
Ask you for personal information, like your birthday or Social Security number
Ask you for financial information, like your bank account or credit card number
Offer you a prize or money for responding
We won’t text you unless we have important information to share, so we hope you’ll let us continue.
To unsubscribe to texts, simple reply STOP to any message you get from us
To unsubscribe from emails, reply with UNSUBSCRIBE in the text message
